When I came across Alicia Pennington’s Prince or Princess, an e-book on baby gender determination, I thought it was one of those fluffs on the net about gender determination. How wrong was I? The effect of penetration of the male organ in determining the sex of the baby is discussed. Prince or Princess teaches you how to have it if you want a bay boy and how to have it if you want a girl.
The second thing that Plan my baby does (an acronym for Prince or Princess), is to let you know the importance of ovulation and its calculation in the selection of the baby’s sex. Here again, you’ve heard of ovulation before, but now Alicia tells you how to calculate the ovulation period and how to use the result you get to influence the sex of your next baby. What day, during or around the ovulation period to have intercourse for the baby to have a boy and when to do it for a girl.
One or two points you may discover are new to Plan my baby. First is the fact that what you eat at the time you plan to have a baby can affect the sex of your baby. Alkaline food favors a boy baby, while acidic food favors a girl. Prince or Princess offers more than enough examples of foods you can choose from.
Second, these foods affect the body’s pH, which the book says influences the sex of the baby. Although Plan My Baby doesn’t claim her, there are suggestions within the gender determination book on how to increase her fertility.
Planning my baby can also not claim this, following the advice will encourage intimacy between the couple. The sex for the baby will now be different from the type of sex for the baby.

Add to that the fact that she used herself as a guinea pig twice and hit the nail on the head, both times. A girl first and a boy later. Belief and Proof do not come better.
IS THE BOOK PERFECT?
Not everything is roses in Alicia’s plan, my baby. For example, as you have on the home page, there is some repetition in the book. Don’t blame her, she’s a natural gender determination nurse, not a copywriter. That’s what you get when a person speaks from the heart. Unfilled. But then, apart from the few repetitions, the writing is fluid and interesting.
Another downside, if you look at it that way, is that it’s only downloadable and not in stores, but this may explain the relatively low cost of the book.
However, what I personally don’t like about this book (a book I wish I had written) is the cover. Alicia would have done better to put a picture of a mother hugging a boy and a berry girl on the cover. But if you don’t care about the peel of an orange but the juicy stuff inside, Prince or Princess (plan my baby) may be the right book for you to know the gender of your next baby.
