Product substitutions

For 1 square of baking chocolates, you can substitute 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder and a teaspoon of butter.

1 cup regular granulated white sugar, can be used as a substitute for 1 cup brown sugar if the recipe calls for brown sugar.

For sweets or powdered sugar, I would use ¾ cups of granulated sugar for every 1 cup of powdered sugar.
