Our children must not be complacent about the future. They must be preparing for the future now so that they can remain future-proof and job-ready.

As we rely on machines and automation to replace and augment our work, workers are expected to perform more complex tasks and engage in more interactions with people.

We are using machines to take on manual, repetitive or dangerous tasks.

This effectively means that our children will move up the value chain, do much more complex tasks, do more intellectual things, and do more creative things.
