What in the world is an SEO article?

A lot of people have asked me what an SEO writer does… in fact, I feel like what they really wanted to ask was… what the heck is SEO? Although many of us have access to the Internet these days and use search engines every day for just about anything, the concept of SEO is not something everyone is familiar with.

To explain a bit, here is a bit of information.

SEO stands for search engine optimization. When I say SEO writing, I am actually saying that I am writing an article that is optimized for good search engine rankings. That means my main targets are search engines… well, of course, the article would have to make sense to readers like us, but the main target is these invisible ‘spiders’ (which refers to the programs used by the seekers). engines to ‘crawl’ the pages of their websites (it is not for nothing that it is called the World Wide WEB). Therefore, the purpose of SEO writing is like this… we identify keywords that are popular among internet users that are not too competitive (a little research will reveal a less competitive but still strong keyword), we write the article and we strategically place the keywords in the article.

If the SEO article is written correctly for both the spider and the reader, when the search engine crawls the website and pages it will identify the number of keywords there and ‘record’ the details. It goes back to the search engine and starts “indexing” all the information from all the SEO articles it has gone through and…violates…the search engine rankings.

It might sound like a lot of technical stuff and SEO copywriting, to a certain degree, can be technical, but the technical part of SEO copywriting is not in the copywriting itself, but in identifying the SEO keywords in it. Yeah. A good SEO writer should not only know how to produce SEO articles like a robot, but also make the SEO article as complete and informative as possible for the reader, while maintaining the strength of the keywords in the SEO article. SEO. It’s a very fine line and a very difficult balance to maintain here.

If the SEO article gets it wrong on one hand, you lose ranking power, on the other hand, the SEO article sounds like a bunch of words woven together that don’t make sense. Therefore, to maintain the quality of the SEO article, it must make perfect sense, be informative and enjoyable to read, and yet keep the keywords well placed in strategic places.

SEO writing is a dirty job, but someone has to do it.
